i've been very involved in the food network lately. i think ricardo and friends is my fave cooking show, but kitchen nightmares takes the cake (haha) when it comes to best general show on the network.

michael smith is pretty good too, tonight for example he taught me that worcester sauce comprises of fermented anchovy juice (sick) among other ingredients.

yeah, i found that one out the hard way too
you can find non- anchovy stuff at essence of life, it's the wizard sauce
